This new course takes as its starting point the recognition of multiple ideological conflicts that characterize the modern era. A field of interest is how these conflicts leave material imprints on the public space of the city.
The aim of the course is to formulate an initial base of central conceptual tools as design principles for a contemporary interdisciplinary dialogue between archaeology, architecture, public space and landscape.
