Konstantina Karvountzi graduated from the School of Architecture, of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), has an M.Sc. in Advanced Architectural Studies from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University of London (UCL). She has been teaching the last twenty-two years,   at the School of Architecture of NTUA, where she serves as an associate Professor, and as a deputy dean (2023-2025). She teaches in the field of Architectural Design and her research interests include Housing and Collective Housing Issues,  Bioclimatic Design Issues,  Urban Design, and Landscape Design. She is a co-founding member of the architectural firm “ENTASIS ARCHITECTS”, has prepared architectural studies of public and private works, has been awarded in National and International Architectural competitions, and has participated in many architectural exhibitions.

Konstantina Karvountzi has more than ten years of participation in research projects funded by national and European committees. She participates in SOLE (High Energy Efficiebcy fir the Public Stock Buildings in the Mediterranean) program and a national program of technological ingenuity for the navigation of visually impaired people in public theaters (Theater for All).
